Tacos were delicious! I could not decide for my first visit, so I picked three tacos - fish, mushroom and chicken tinga. I'm glad I tried all three. Service from friendly and kind. Visited on a quiet Saturday night. Will definitely be back!

First time at Bronco Tacos. I ordered the nachos with Tinga chicken. Absolutely delicious. Perfect ratio of toppings to chips. Queso was really good. Not busy at all when we went. It's a counter service place. Employees were friendly and helpful. Look forward to going back and trying something else.

I just happened to stop here to quell my rising hangriness after a nearby dermatologist appointment. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the genuine friendliness of the staff. (Something you rarely see anymore but that I really appreciate) It made my meal to see they had a few cans of beer you could choose from to add to your order; I enjoyed an ice cold Corona that they provided a lime for without me even asking. The Bronco whisky beans were yummy and different with a nice level of sneaky heat. The gordita was a little greasier than I would have liked, but I just patted it down with some of the paper towels they have at each table and it was fine. I wish there was a place like this closer to my house - it would be a great quick meal when you're not wanting to cook.

I stopped by Bronco Tacos for lunch on a Tuesday and the line was about 7 people deep. They got through the line pretty quickly and every employee was super friendly. I went with the grilled chicken tacos with no onions, the mushroom taco, and the cowboy pinto beans. I enjoyed both tacos equally. The mushroom was nice with cabbage and a ginger flavor. The grilled chicken was delicious with fresh cilantro. The pinto beans were okay, just a little heavy for me I think. I would stop by again for a quick lunch sometime.

Came back for round 2. I'll cut to the chase... just as good as the first time. The restaurant is clean and the service was top notch. With music playing in the background to set the ambience, you instantly are in the mood for some good eats. Ordered a variety of tacos and sides. Everything was flavorful and well prepared. I'll definitely be coming back again and again.

I came in for lunch today and really enjoyed Bronco Tacos! I went with a gordita with beef. I ordered online through their website and yes they do charge you a packaging/convenience fee. I ended up going with the gordita because I liked that they make their dough in house and make them fresh. I thought the gordita was super solid the masa was fresh and awesome and the crema/beef filling was flavorful. I also went with a side of refried beans that did not disappoint. The gordita was very filling and one was plenty for me. Even with the fees, I still thought the price was pretty reasonable. When I went in to pick up my order it was ready and waiting for me. The employees all seem friendly and parking was super easy in their pickup spots.

Off the beaten path is Bronco Tacos.... the name of the restaurant says it all ... focus is on tacos and they do a good job with it .. Was on a mission to find some good tacos after visiting the LAZY DAY fest in Cary and boom good ole Google told me to get my ass to Bronco Tacos ... and I must say ... google did not disappoint... One of the selling points.of coming here was ... MOLE tacos and Birria Tacos ... Yup on a mission to find the best MOLE and BIRRIA in the area . The Mole is exactly what you would find in Downtown LA .. land of street tacos and delicious mexican food... the mole was the perfect consistency and taste unlike other mole in the area which a bit on the sweeter side and reddish ... which this is not ... it's dark and rich and full of flavor .. and served on top of chicken tacos .... next time gonna request it on the chicken tinga tacos ...which would be even more flavor in a taco... The Birria tacos here were delicious but the consume was a bit on the thinner side which I prefer to be thicker like LOS TRES by RDU airport ... The beef in the birria tacos were tasty and tender which is a plus and the right amount of crisp on the edges of the tacos from the griddled cheesey taco.. The Whiskey pintos is a secret weapon of the owner and would go inside a taco with barbacoa or anything on their menu ... but I had it as a side and loved it on it's own... Their house hot sauce is delicious and not overly taste bud scalding hot but gives the right amount of heat and flavor .. So with all that being said ... 4 stars goes along way here and always room to make it even better ... BT is only 4 months old and is a must try as a new kid in the block for the taco scene in the Triangle .. So run walk crawl to Bronco Tacos ... you wont be disappointed
